“The house was clean and large which was nice. But some aspects of the stay were annoying. You can't control the pool or hot tub so anytime you want changes you have to message the host. It was expensive for what it was - 4200 for 3 nights. For that much I should be able to turn the hot tub jets on or off. Plus only one heater so you can heat either the pool or hot tub - not both. So the pool was freezing and virtually unusable. Other than that the kitchen and living room are nice. Communication……

“This was a last minute booking since our other rental fell through. The location is amazing. The owner communicated very well. The property has a lot of potential as it is older and kinda run down. The AC does not work. I was nervous about this but over all after opening the windows, the ocean breeze was fine. ”
