Villa of 130 m2, recent from July 2018, air-conditioned. Expected up to 8 people.
The house has a sea view as well as the Palu pond. Fully equipped, TV, Wifi, Barbecue, Plancha.
Wooden terrace with outdoor arbor, garden furniture.
Private outdoor swimming pool with its equipped beach. Presence of a landscaped garden, a pétanque court. Private parking.
The villa is close to beaches, rivers and hiking trails.

New for 2019, the swimming pool will be heated from 12/10/2019.

House available for rental also in low season.

Located in the town of Ventiseri, 7 minutes from the first beaches, 5 minutes from the first shops, 10 minutes from Solenzara, about 1 hour from Bastia, 40 minutes from Porto-Vecchio, 1 hour from Bonifacio, 45 minutes from Aiguilles de Bavella. Bastia-Poretta Airport 1h. Figari Airport 1:05.

Wonderful un-spoilt view
The very friendly owner was very helpful giving us information about the ferry from Toulon, in France. They even tuned the t.v. into BBC, so we could watch the King's Coronation! The villa was lovely - rooms on the first floor had no room thresh-holds, so no trip hazards! Steps down to the garden and pool were safe, with good sturdy handrails, but you could get to the pool going the long wat round the garden. Pool was well - placed and pretty gardens had a lot of trees and shrubs. Kitchen was well equipped generally, but a few more smaller saucepans would be a good addition, for a smaller number of guests. The views were amazing - down to the coast and no high - rises to spoil them. Quiet location in the hills and we heard a cuckoo all day! Near beautiful, sandy beaches and good restaurants.

Familienurlaub Korsika
Véronique und Pierre haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist wunderbar, Garten sehr gepflegt, Pool perfekt. Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, dafür hat man seine Ruhe. Die Nachtigall sang, Milane kreisten... wer die Natur und das Wilde an Korsika liebt, ist da richtig. In der Küche hatte es bereits ein paar Gewürze, Öle etc., so dass man nicht alles gleich einkaufen muss. Diese Großzügigkeit findet man definitiv nicht bei allen FeWo. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Notre séjour dans la magnifique maison de Véronique et Pierre ne laisse rien à désirer. Nous avons passé un moment unique et merveilleux. Ce qui nous a particulièrement plu, c'est le grand jardin avec beaucoup de fleurs, de palmiers, de citronniers et bien sûr la belle piscine. Le fait que nous puissions toujours manger dehors dans la véranda, quel que soit le temps, est également formidable. Nous remercions chaleureusement le couple pour leur hospitalité et reviendrons volontiers.

A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Pierre qui nous a dispensé tous les renseignements utiles pour agrémenter notre séjour. Il s'est tout de suite montré très disponible et attentif à nos demandes. Sehr schöne Unterkunft
IDas Haus liegt 4km vom nächsten Strand entfernt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe. Garten und Haus sind sehr gut gepflegt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick. Hier zu Speisen macht Spaß, die Küche war gut eingerichtet Der beheizte Pool hat dir Kinder begeistert. Im Vorfeld hatten wir mit dem Gastgeber kommuniziert, die Antworten kamen prompt. Die ganze Kommunikation erfolgte sehr freundlich und unsere Gastgeber half uns auch mit einer Pinzette aus. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir auch korsischen Wein und canestrelli.. Gerne wieder.

Superbes vacances !
Super calme, sans vis à vis, beau jardin avec une belle vue sur la nature et la mer. La maison à tout le confort moderne, un grand salon cuisine, de grandes chambres avec une très bonne literie. Idéal pour une famille
L’emplacement est parfait autant pour accéder aux nombreuses randonnées que la région offre que pour la plage toute proche. La maison est isolée, très jolie et agréable. M. Combe nous a accueilli formidablement bien, toujours à disposition. Nous avons pu bénéficier de toutes ses petites attentions et celles de son épouses permettant notamment d’assurer un repas pour le premier soir sans avoir à faire les courses immédiatement. Quelles autres locations offrent cela ?

Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés! Nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques! Le logement est encore mieux qu en photo! Belle vue, tranquillité, piscine, et très bien situé ! Nous sommes allés à Bonifacio, Corte, Bavella, Solenzara… Les plages sont à 10 min, rajoutez 5 min pour un bain rafraîchissant en rivière. Boulangerie, supermarché et producteur de fruits à 5min en voiture. Logement très propre et très bien équipé, tout le confort pour 8personnes. La climatisation est très appréciable et fonctionne sans problème. La terrasse est fabuleuse, le terrain de boule et le barbecue sont là pour passer des soirées inoubliables. Et le propriétaire est tout simplement génial! Disponible, serviable , communication avant et pendant impeccable. Il prend même du temps pour vous conseiller les meilleurs spots du coin! Un immense merci !

Ein toller Urlaubsort in einem wirklich schönen Ferienhaus mit Super-Vermietern
Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in wirklich schöner Lage. Großes Plus: der beheizte Pool, das klimatisierte Haus und (ganz wichtig!) die Moskitogitter an den Fenstern der Bäder und Schlafzimmer! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am ersten Abend nach später Anreise wurden wir mit selbst gebackener Quiche empfangen, hatten Speiseeis und gekühltes Wasser im Kühlschrank und eine Flasche Wein und korsisches Gebäck auf dem Tisch! Zudem gab es viele gute Tips und Empfehlungen zu Restaurants und Unternehmungen. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal!

Perfekte Mischung
Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und das Haus mit dem Pool einfach toll. Für uns war es die perfekte Mischung im Urlaub, so das jeder zu seinem Recht kam: Morgens gemütlich auf der Terrasse frühstücken, dann mit dem Auto aufbrechen zu einer Wanderung und spätnachmittags nach der Rückkehr ab in den Pool. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
