"Loved my stay at Locanda Ca Da Iride. It’s steep up the hill to get there - but worth it! My room was spacious, very clean and the balcony was such a great addition. Highly recommend! "

"I loved this property, and the host Veronica was amazing. The suite is a special place to stay in a special place to be, and I feel very fortunate to have been able to enjoy it. The suite is clean, modern and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and the location perfect. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The hotel is good if you want to stay for 1-2 nights and don't require a high level of luxury (extreme cleanliness or state-of-the-art facilities). We stayed for 4 nights and didn't feel 100% secure because our balcony was separated from the neighbour's balcony by a glass wall, which was broken. So the neighbor could easily crawl into our balcony. The cleaning was okay, but they forgot to refill the toilet paper and didn't lock the room after cleaning. The room also smelled strongly of cleaning...

"Our view was absolutely stunning, and you won't find a better location! It is steps from the water, steps from a variety of restaurants and shopping, very close to the ferry and train station. We easily parked our car just before Varnazza (they don't allow you to drive in), there is one parking lot that is reasonable and they shuttle you in. Communication with manager is a little challenging. He doesn't respond to email, but will pick up phone and be very pleasant. The directions he gave us to find the place was MUCH more confusing than it needed to be.
Walk towards the water after arriving and then the steps are to the left just before the restaurant Il Gambero Rosso, take a right after the stairs. If you see a bar on your left after the stairs you've gone too far. Enter through green door.
The room itself is dated, and nothing special, but the location and view, and space in the room all made it worth it to us!"
"I cannot say enough good things about the property!
Our room was perfect and had everything we could need.
The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served.
The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake.
"
"The location was ideal to fully experience Cinque Terre: resturants, walks, ocean access, and a short walk to the train station, it was all there. The property from the outside has its traditional charm while the interior is a modern design that cleverly captures the buildings heritage. "
"Nice hotel. VERY close to train station (50 yards). No elevator in hotel, internet spotty on 3rd floor. Breakfast typical continental however they will prepare an excellent omelet for you if you ask.
Staff, especially Evelina, were super friendly and helpful.
Definitely would stay here again. "
"Our stay at Il Magàn was great! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Staying in Corniglia was perfect for us, as it is the smallest and least busy of the five towns. It served as a great home base to explore between our time in the other towns. The breakfast was our favourite part of the stay. There was no additional cost (which we had in almost every other place we stayed), it offered great variety, and the portions were large! You can literally pick anything/as much as you’d like off their breakfast menu, all included. There are two minor drawbacks of this property. One is that the towels are only changed every 3 days. The other is that the walls are fairly thin, and we were able to hear noise from other guests/people in the building at times (sometimes very early, sometimes very late). Overall, we would highly recommended Il Magàn to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Cinque Terre!"
"Loved this stay. Im not sure why the negative reviews. Stayed with my 4 adult children and it was perfect. Breakfast was great. Clean. Civilized. :) close to train and centro. Particularly loved Sara at reception.
I have nothing negative to say but if i had to the only thing was the noise at night from residential area. But it was a Saturday night and we kept our windows open. Highly recommend"
