This elegant 5-bedroom holiday home in Verviers offers a luxurious retreat for up to 14 guests, perfect for families or groups. Located just 15 km from the High Fens and close to the spa town of Spa, the home is a great base for exploring nature and nearby cultural gems like Château de Franchimont. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, recreation room with billiards and darts, and cozy bedrooms. Electricity (€0.45/kWh), water (€5/m³), and heating (oil €1.50/l) are charged on-site.Pets are not allowed.
