The Quality Inn was perfect for our one night stay once we got off the Black Ball ferry. We were new to Victoria, so the location of this hotel was wonderful in terms of accessing downtown Victoria on foot. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful about where to go for a nice, affordable breakfast. Parking, was just under the hotel, but was not free. I would go back there because of it's affordability, location, comfort and kind staff.

Great location that made walking to all harbour front locations and activities seamless. Lots of restaurants nearby (Coras, Brown’s social house) and we were able to drop our rental vehicle next door and walk to the ferry. Upon arrival their parking garage was full, but the front desk staff provided parking on the main level near the entrance. The staff also honoured our request to have rooms next to each other which was great with elderly parents and children. At checkout they stored all our luggage for a few hours until we departed for the ferry. Overall a great experience for a two night stay.

It is just an average hotel. Don’t expect a $400 per night experience. Way overpriced but location, location, location. Room was clean but the majority of hotels are. Low bar to get over. For a one evening transition stay it worked out.

For a quick stay it was great, not much to it. AC would have been nice. Pool was small and it should be open longer as there isn’t much to do. Location is amazing. You can walk anywhere to get to main points of interest in the city, especially with kids

Good location. I didn’t drive and the hotel was close to the bus stop that takes you to Sidney for a day trip and also to and from Swartz Bay. I was able to take a day trip to Sidney and Salt Spring Island without a car!

This hotel is just okay. Friendly staff, great location. But no AC, curtains don’t black out the room, it is NOT accessible for wheelchairs or strollers (stairs in lobby between front desk and front door as well as between elevator, no doors are automatic). You can hear the other rooms a fair bit as well as busy Blanshard street. If it was just me and my husband we’d survive fine but with a hot baby it was not a great place to stay.
