Room was a good size and was comfortable. The free breakfast was decent and our room was relatively quiet for being so close to Victoria's inner-harbour. Vehicles taller than 6' 4" should note that the underground parking will not accommodate, Our unit did not have air-conditioning but the in-unit fan and our Northside facing room stayed cool enough to remain comfortable.

Great Location to walk to and enjoy Victoria Inner Harbour and the old town. Parking in an underground garage was convenient and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Our Room was the only downside of the stay. It only had a Queen Size bed (we had booked a Kingsized), no AC ( there were two fans placed in the room) and since it was a ground level room which could easily be accessed by anyone walking by on the street you could not leave the patio door open to cool the room at night which was heating up for some reason all the time even though the outside temps were moderate.
