"This property is exactly 'as advertised'. No hidden negatives. One of the very best places we've stayed at. The rooms are large and airy, the house was spotlessly clean, there's a very pleasant shaded terrace, the pool looked very pretty, and - a huge bonus - the fig tree was groaning under a lorry load of ripe fruit. "We had a fantastic family holiday at this property. Ghyslaine and JP were amazing hosts and always there for us to answer questions and help out. The property is perfect for our young family with everything we needed. The children loved playing in the pool and the air conditioning was perfect in the warm weather. "We used this house for a family reunion with some family in La Croix Valmer - it was the perfect layout for a big family with mixed ages. Even though it is a traditional (a bit dated) French cottage - it has all the right things updated - amazing plumbing, showers, etc. All we needed in the kitchen, orange trees to eat off of and the most magical view. Hôtel Les Capucines - Saint Tropez

10/10 Excellent

"Incredible and friendly staff! We arrived bit early to check in and they allowed us to check in early and they also held our bags for us after we checked out while we were still staying in St Tropez. They have parking for cars which was great bc we had rented a car. The room was very clean and so cute. Only thing is there are some stairs to the room which you obviously have to bring your suitcase up but someone from the staff helped us to bring up all the suitcases. Really fantastic time. "

"The site is sort of far away from most things but there is lots to do onsite or it is easy enough to take a bus or walk elsewhere. Staff was very helpful, informative, and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The food from the restaurant was ok. The rooms can be hard to locate because the site is so big, but the staff is very helpful and shows you exactly how to get to your room. "

"We have just spent 6 nights at this lovely family run hotel. The hosts are unbelievably helpful to ensure your stay is perfect. They assisted us with tickets for the ferry to Ste Tropez and made a reservation there for a fabulous restaurant. They provided secure enclosed parking for €25 per day and even escorted me to the local optician for advice on an eye issue which was so helpful. The room had a kettle and fridge which were useful. The host even lent us a plug adapter and a clothes steamer was available if required too! We have stayed in Ste Maxime a dozen times before and stayed at almost every hotel in the area and I can honestly say that this one is one of the best. It has the kindest hosts and it also has a fab location which is a couple of minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. So do not hesitate to book this one if you are looking for a central location and value for money. "
