The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower room and a separate toilet on the main floor.

The upper floor of the property consists of one room with sloping ceilings and two beds (80 cm), as well as two additional rooms with sloping ceilings, each containing two beds.
