The staff are very warm and friendly, there is a parking pass available to rent, there is free breakfast, they offer a birthday cake delivered to room to celebrate a bday, and the view is amazing. "All members of the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. They even helped me plan my multi day adventures across the entire island! Having private access to the hot springs was very important as there was no seating in the hot springs! This meant we were able to sit on the stairs without disrupting others."
