“I really don't have the words. have stayed in many places in Alicante but this is definitely my top 1. The location is great. You can be on the beach, eateries, supermarket, boulevard in no time. The apartments are great. I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, so it was very spacious. A rear and front balcony. You could use the washing machine and dryer. And not to forget Rocio, you are truly an example to others of how to deal with guests. Thanks for everything!”

“Overall it was a good stay. The check in was quick and friendly and the parking cost was good and plentiful. The wifi was OK and the amenities were good. The mattresses were too soft for my liking and the decor was OK for the price. The small restaurant was very handy.”

“This is a really superb place to stay. From booking to leaving everything was perfect. Shirley and Kevin were so helpful and being collected and returned from and to the airport a real bonus. The apartment was spotless and has a well equipped kitchen with everything needed for making meals. The bed was comfortable with lots of hanging space for clothes. Lovely towels and a spacious bathroom. A real bonus having the pool a step away from the sunny terrace terrace. The well stocked supermarket……

“Es war ruhig, sauber und angenehm. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es war alles etwas kleiner als es für uns auf den Bildern gewirkt hat, aber das hat nichts gemacht. Man muss wissen, dass man nicht das ganze Haus zur Verfügung hat, sondern eine Etage. War aber auch nicht wichtig. Insgesamt war es eine schöne Zeit , und der Blick aufs Meer und die Berge war natürlich makellos.”

“Schönes kleines Apartment inmitten von Alicante. Alle wichtigen Punkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Host war sehr freundlich und hat sich die Zeit genommen einen alles wichtige zum Apartment und Alicante zu erklären und war sehr hilfsbereit!”

“This apartment was my first horrible experience in decades with VRBO! Mold in bathroom, worn out soiled couches, cheap mattrasses where you feel the springs, paper thin bed sheets, patio furniture dirty and torn, unmatched and small cutlery, as if for a child, cracks in the plates, locks on front door are very hard to open and close, no lock on patio door, heater in one of the bedrooms doesn’t work, all frying pans had peeling Teflon, windows are too dirty to look at the beautiful sea,……

“De lokatie is een wind hoek. De verhoogde en vrije ligging geeft wat meer wind. Is bij hogere temperaturen alleen maar lekker. Bij lagere temperaturen fris op het balkon.”

“Enjoyed a lovely weekend here! Jose was a great host and helped me when I accidentally left my passport in the room! Apartment and terrace were lovely, clean and comforting! The pool area was quiet and relaxing. wish I could have stayed here longer! I had a bit of an issue trying to get a taxi, but I could have maybe figured out the public transport. There is a supermarket close by (closed Sunday), beach and bars are 10 min walk away. Totally enjoyed and would definitely go back!”
