“Spent five days here at the apartment. It was perfect. Well kept and clean. Very quiet and no noise. A minute walk to restaurants and bars. Would recommend for couples. ”

“Came with my husband, brother and sister in law to celebrate my 70th birthday. The apartment was as accurately described, well equipped and spacious.Communication with the host/agent was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the opportunity of a late checkout, before our evening flight back, enabling us to make the most of the last day. The roof terrace is awesome, and equipped with duplicate items reduces the trips up and down the spiral staircase with glasses, plates etc. The only down……

“Property was of a good standard, only criticism is that the bed settee could do with a new mattress. Also could have had a few more fans tourists information pack such as what there is near by and things to go and see, bud time table and taxi numbers. Little things but would help but still loved it.👍👍”

“Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und nur für die Nacht etwas braucht, ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Die Küchenutensilien und das Geschirr waren etwas schmutzig und die Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen. Ansonsten liegt alles fußläufig und für eine kurzweilige günstige Bleibe, kann man such nicht beklagen. ”

“Veldig hyggelig velkomst med Daniel. Ga oss kart og viste severdigheter vi burde få med oss. Leilighetene var store, godt avskjermet fra naboleiligheter. Stor uteplass med utsikt ut over havet mot Tenerife og Kanariøyene. ”

“Super schöner sauberer Ort um Urlaub in El Cotillo zu machen. Wir haben es sehr geliebt. Die Terrasse lädt ein um dort zu verweilen und auf die wunderbaren Berge zu schauen. Kommen wieder ”

“Although the property was large and in a good, well maintained and secure development, the apartment was in serious need of some TLC! The kitchen cupboards were not fitted correctly and with missing doors, the wardrobe doors would not slide and made it difficult to access the space, there were insufficient and poor quality bedding and towels. These were reported to the host at the end of our stay. We loved the area especially the town and beaches and would definitely come back but doubt we would……

“The property is in a great central location. Spotlessly clean with everything in the apartment we needed. (I don't cook on holiday) . The bedroom was very big, unfortunately the bedside lamps didn't work (nowhere to plug in). The sofa had no stuffing in one of the arms but we spent most of our time out and about so it didn't affect our holiday. The pool area was very quietgood very few people using the area. ”
