pesimo servicio

No respetaron reservas, habitaciones con olor a humedad, hubo que cambiarla; baños completamente abandonados, con escape permanente y baja presiòn; closets y muebles de habitaciones deteriorados; servicio de restaurante muy malo y atenciòn del personal pèsimo, solo tres personas para atender a todos los huespedes; desayuno totalmente frio, al reclamarle a quienes atendian, contestaban mal y hacian las cosas con muy mala actitud; el sitio y la ubuicacion, perfecto; el hotel debio ser muy bonito y confortable cuando estaba nuevo; porque ahora todas sus instalaciones estàn completamente abanadonadas;

EVALUACION ESTADIA

A pesar de tener reservas confirmadas no figuraban en el sistema del hotel, no hubo habitacion con cama doble, nos acomodaron en una con dos camas sencillas que unieron, el olor a humedad de las habitaciones es insoportable, hubo que solicitar cambio de la habitacion triple; los baños con las griferias dañadas, todo el tiempo escapando las cisternas;la presion del agua, pesima cuando se utilizaba el baño habia que esperar mas de una hora para descargarlo nuevamente; la atencion del personal pèsima, ademàs que solo hay dos personas atendiendo servicio de restaurante y bar; sirvieron los desayunos frios y al reclamarle a las dos personas que estaban, hicieron caso omiso a la observacion,ante lo cual lo unico que hicimos fue dejar todo servido; las instalaciones abandonadas, los cuartos deteriorados, closets rotos, neveras inservibles. Conclusiòn: EL HOTEL MUY BIEN UBICADO, MUY GRANDE, PERO COMPLETAMENTE ABANDONADO SE NOTA QUE TIENE CERO DE MANTENIMIENTO Y PESIMA ATENCION DE LOS EMPLEADOS.

No es un hotel para recomendar

Una experiencia nada agradable, aunque no estuve mucho tiempo porque era un viaje corto, el hotel es muy deficiente, tanto que no se debería recomendar este hotel para este portal. Totalmente acabadas las instalaciones, la comida no es buena y el mejor deja mucho que desean

très bon accueil

Notre première surprise nous l'avons eue à l'arrivée : Aucune réservation enregistrée à notre nom ! Fort heureusement il y avait encore de la place. Le restaurant est assez moyen. J'y ai mangé des crevettes qui ne semblaient pas très fraiches... Et les serveurs ne vous font pas signer les feuilles de commande ce qui pose qq problèmes au moment de payer à la fin du séjour ! la piscine est bien mais pas très souvent nettoyée
