Loved how close all the restaurants, coffee place, and nail spas were to this hotel. It was extremely clean and comfy with awesome breakfast.

Internet was almost nonexistent. Heater in room 109 makes a loud noise every few minutes. Good thing it wasn’t very cold.

Excessive pet fee
The only reason I will never stay here again is because they charge an exorbitant non-refundable pet fee. There was no mention of the cost before we arrived and it was too late to cancel the reservation by the time we arrived otherwise I would have walked away.

Not a bad place place but no room service for cleaning the trash out at least. Room seemed like it was not vacuumed properly before I checked in. That happens. Other than that I would give it a Jake pic of 6. 10 being the best

Overall a good stay. 2 things stood out for me. The mattress was to soft for my liking. Felt like it was worn-out. I saw 2 small bugs with wings crawling in the bathroom. Looked like termites?? I'm not completely sure.

The staff here are top notch! We never had a bad interaction and every staff member went above and beyond. Andrea, the operations manager was particularly amazing. She gave my little girl popcorn and some treats and a toy and my girl was gushing about it and still is! Breakfast is unreal, so many options and so well done! We also loved the happy hour they had! Thank you to the amazing staff!!!

Horrible WiFi. Sofa was broken and had zero padding on the back, almost knocked the wind out of me when I sat down and hit my back on a wooden back. The ottoman was slanted therefore problem broken too.

Smelly smelly room!
There was an unpleasant smell in the room from day one. We told the front desk and they sent someone in to spray the room. As we were getting ready to check out, we looked around to make sure we didn't leave anything behind and when we looked under the bed, we found a dirty diaper (we don't have any children). Horrible. Management should have offered us a discount or something to make up for this unpleasant room. I will say on the positive that the breakfast offering was very nice!

Selected this hotel for due to hot tub, kitchen, and claimed to sleep four people. Room was clean. Kitchen was stocked. Lots of wasted space imo. Hot tub was not working and room definitely does NOT sleep 4 people. Sofa bed was twin or smaller and extremely uncomfortable. Walls are thin. Would advise selecting a top floor so you don't hear people walking above you. Free parking, location, and breakfast was nice.

My trip to Vista
My stay was very good. The location for me was perfect. Unfortunately the weather was not so good so I did not see the pool. The breakfast in the morning were very good.

I booked this because it was pet friendly. They charge $100.00 non-refundable for the pet. I was surprised and may have missed it when booking. My dog is handicapped and was never on the floor or loose in the room but no wiggle room with the fee. The breakfast ended at 9:30, I arrived at 9:25 not expecting much but it was fine. The only negative was the service person angry and complaining about having to make coffee when breakfast was almost over. She made the coffee but continued to grumble about it and her upcoming break.

Trash left out in the hallway was not picked up during the day or even overnight. Hallway should have been vacuumed overnight. Other than that, loved the hotel and location.

The staff during the morning and afternoon were great, respectful, and efficient when I need something for the room ( e.g Toilet paper). There was a man that works at night who was also nice but very nosy. He wouldn’t stop asking personal questions about my last name and where I come from and pointing out that we stay longer than what they’re use to . I didn’t answer because i just feel like those are personal questions and I wasn’t comfortable giving him any further information about my life. Other than that , everyone else was awesome and helpful . Thank you and will definitely visit soon .

Always a great stay
Ive stayed at this hotel a couple times. I really like it. Free hot breakfast saves us lots of money for my family. Coffee is ready super super early for us early risers, well before breakfast is out. And its good too! Pool is clean and heated, also a hot tub. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Laundry open 24 hours. Theres a little store at the front to grab snacks, drinks, microwave food, ice cream....convenient when you dont want to go anywhere. Its also dog friendly, 2 dogs allowed for 100 per stay. Staff is friendly. Free electric/tesla charging station in parkimg lot. Will return.

Have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. The overall property is good, the location is great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. That said, the hotel is getting a little tired, and may soon be due for some upgrading. The rooms are clean and very functional, but on the smallish side - with the odd exception that the TV is mounted to the side of the bed and not at the foot. There's plenty of storage for clothes, although if you live out of a suitcase, space is more problematic because an open suitcase won't fit in the closet. The availability of a sleeping sofa is good, however when open it takes up much space. The quality of the breakfast has declined over the years but is still functional. There are restaurants and a gas station in the same parking lot, including a Starbucks if you don't want the hotel breakfast.

Good room! Good stay
Good size room with couch and impressive kitchenette. Tv with Netflix option. Shower pressure was lacking but it usually is in a hotel. No fan vent in the bathroom so the room filled with shower steam.
