Stephanous was positively incredible. He made sure that everything flowed very smoothly from excellent food service to even going out of his ways to providing an umbrella during a short rain shower. Words cannot adequately describe this hotel. Before I even stepped in the door I was warmly greeted. ALL the hotel staff
