Worthwhile for the view.

The hotel is old (1800's) and things were made comfortable for a building that has to be traditional and quaint. We were on the second floor and had a breathtaking view. In fact we kept the curtains open and saw the sunrise over the gulf of Volos and across Makrinitsa. Shower worked well and the reception staff were most helpful with their suggestions for restaurants as well as offering us free drinks while our room was prepared. They also carried our luggage upstairs for us while we were out eating.
