The hotel has its own reserved parking lots in the basement. It is 5 miles away from the old town, but the bus stop is 1 1-minute walk from the hotel. The room is clean.

Lovely in person welcome from Nerio himself. You couldn’t be better located - we marvelled at how well sound proofed the apartment was which meant we slept so well in a very comfy bed but we could open the windows and shutters at any other time and tune into the hubbub right outside in the square and the green market. (There is aircon to use instead but we didn’t need it).
Bathroom was spot on with constant hot water.
Please be aware that private bathroom is not the same as en suite; our space was on the ground floor but if the space above had been let out we would have had people coming in to the hallway space between our room and the bathroom.
Kitchenette was very basic - we used it for hot drinks only.
Checkout is prompt 1000 - the cleaners actually came in at 0950.
We had the best but pricey time in Dubrovnik - super easy to get around everyone so friendly and lots of English spoken.

Best hotel in Croatia. The family that operates it are very kind and professional, and the staff reflect this sentiment aswell. Sipan is a very special place. The island is lucky to have this little hotel perched along its cliffs. I will be back soon.

Had a wonderful quiet and relaxed stay. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and hard-working. The outdoor and indoor pools were very clean and not busy. The views out of the bedroom of the islands are panoramic and simply breathtaking. The room service was very professional and efficient.

A very warm welcome from the staff. We were made to feel at home. The room was exactly what we wanted, comfortable, a lovely mini balconi, overlooking directly the sea. The breakfast was lovely and the coffee was excellent. I would highly recommend Glavovic.
