außergewöhnlich angenehmes, geräumiges Apartment
Die Wohnung hat eine ideale Raumaufteilung und ein rustical-chices Ambiente mit Liebe zum Detail. Sie liegt im 2.Stock. Die vorwiegende Ausstattung mit Naturmaterialien wie Holz, Steinboden im Bad, usw. schafft ein sehr gutes Raumklima. Die Aussicht vom Apartment auf die Berge und Wiesen ist durch die Dächer des Nachbarhofes leider etwas eingeschränkt. Die Lage in ländlicher Umgebung mit reichlich Grün ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Ohne Auto wäre es wohl etwas schwierig, weil sich im Ort zwar 2 Gasthäuser (ein drittes war geschlossen) befinden, aber kein Supermarkt und sonstiger Laden für Dinge des tägl. Bedarfes. Wir hatten leider einen gesundheitlichen Notfall während unseres Aufenthaltes, wodurch unser Urlaubsvergnügen sehr eingeschränkt war, aber der Hausherr war uns mit großer Hilfsbereitschaft in allen Lebenslagen eine echte Stütze - wir sind ihm dafür sehr dankbar.

Toller Aufenthalt trotz Schnee
Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt zu vielen schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vieles ist innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen (Tegernsee, Walchensee, Kochel, etc.) Alles war sehr gemütlich und sauber, man findet alles was man braucht. Vermieter war super nett, unkompliziert und hat uns den ein oder anderen Tipp gegeben.

Moderne großzügige Wohnung
Sehr modern eingerichtete, große Dachgeschosswohnung. Alles vorhandne was man für den Urlaub braucht, incl. stabilen WLAN. Super netter Vermieter. Tip: Wer schon immer mal einen Tandem-Gleitschirmflug machen wollte, Vermieter bietet u.a. für Gäste Flüge vom Brauneck an.

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und großzügig gestaltet. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kann einem super tolle Ausflugsziele/ - tips geben. Es gibt so viel zu sehen, erleben und zu erwandern, dass eine Woche garnicht ausreicht um die Gegend genauer kennen zu lernen. Wir sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung ein hervorragender Urlaub in einer wirklich schönen Urlaubsregion, die für jeden Urlaubstyp etwas bietet. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um direkt zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad loszuziehen; auch per Fahrzeug oder ÖPNV ist man schnell und unkompliziert in einer sehens- und erlebenswerten Region unterwegs. Die helle und schöne FeWo ist aber auch selbst ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort; sie bietet wirklich alles, was man von einer FeWo erwarten kann und noch mehr... Die Vermieter verstehen sich als wirkliche Gastgeber, die mit wertvollen Tipps und Informationen sehr zum Gelingen des Urlaubs beitragen. Unser nächster Urlaub dort ist schon gebucht.

Perfekter Urlaub trotz Regens
Erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen, blitzblanken Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Der Ausblick in die Berge vom Balkon aus ist malerisch. Das Ehepaar Grams ist ausgesprochen liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Arzbach selbst liegt sehr zentral. Bad Tölz ist einen Katzensprung entfernt und die grossen Seen dieser Gegend sowie Österreich sind in weniger als einer Stunde erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder

Sehr ruhige Lage. Schönes Panoramafenster durch das man einen guten Ausblick hat. Allerdings können auch alle Nachbarn in dieses reingucken, da es keine Vorhänge gibt.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt - ruhig gelegen, liebevoll und mit Allem ausgestattet - und der traumhafte Blick in die Berge sind ein weiteres Plus! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich; ihre Tipps für Unternehmungen waren hilfreich, da wir das erste Mal im Tölzer Land Urlaub gemacht haben.
