The home has three large bedrooms, all with beautiful ornate ceilings and stained-glass windows. There is a living room, a separate dining area, a modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.

The 3 large bedrooms include a queen and two double beds, supplied with comfortable and high-quality linens.

The living room includes a smart TV and comfortable lounges.

There is separate dining and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking at home: stocked with crockery, cookware, cutlery, glassware, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

The house has a modern internal bathroom with a shower over a bath, toilet, and vanity. There is also an outdoor toilet or "outhouse" that is not a showstopper but a convenient frill-free addition for larger groups. We have supplied a washing machine and dryer outdoors under the spacious verandah.

Also outdoors, you'll find a simple, large, secure backyard with an outdoor dining area.

Note - there is currently no off-street parking available. On street parking is free and unrestricted.

Guests have access to the entire space without interruptions from us. There is a locked supply cupboard, and the rear sheds are also locked.
