Norman`s Rest - modern 5-bedroom home in Wagga
Located in the suburb of Turvey Park, the house is a short 5-minute drive to Wagga`s CBD. The house has 5 bedrooms - including four bedrooms + bathroom on the ground level and one bedroom + bathroom on the first floor.
The property has a lovely large and open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Adjoining the open plan kitchen area are two deck areas - perfect for having a cuppa in the morning sun. There is a large BBQ on the deck with an outdoor dining table and chairs.
This modern and newly renovated 5-bedroom property offers ample space and generous amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay. With its convenient layout and multiple entertainment areas, it`s perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway.
On the ground floor, you`ll find three large queen bedrooms and an additional single bedroom. This setup allows for flexibility and privacy among guests. The first floor boasts a luxurious king bedroom with its own private bathroom, walk-in robe, and loungeroom, offering an added touch of comfort and convenience.
The home features two inviting loungerooms. The ground-floor lounge room is located alongside the kitchen and dining room, with an open living plan perfect for socialising and entertaining. The second loungeroom (first floor) includes a corner lounge with a pull-out double sofa bed for extra guests.
For those who love outdoor living, our property does not disappoint. There are two distinct outdoor entertaining areas to choose from. The first is equipped with an outdoor fridge and a BBQ. The second outdoor area features a charming 4-seater table and chairs, creating the perfect setting to enjoy a cup of coffee while basking in the morning sun.
The kitchen includes high-quality cookware and equipment. A Breville coffee machine will greet you as you enter the walk-in pantry. We provide cooking basics (e.g., salt, pepper, oil) and coffee, tea, and sugar. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and iron board.
Guests have access to a nice secure backyard (yes we are pet friendly!)
This is a two-story house, and guests should be comfortable climbing stairs.
We have free high-speed wifi, a Bluetooth sound system (Sonos), baby equipment (including porta cot and high chair) and toys for the kids.
The house is adjacent to a regional railway. The railway is infrequently used (e.g. hourly during the day, once at night).
The property is set up exclusively for guest use. All parts of the property are able to be accessed by guests.

During your stay, we ask that you:
Keep all pets outside. We permit pets as we have a lovely secure backyard; however, pets are not permitted to come or stay inside.
Load all used / dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle (dishwashing tablets are provided).
Smoke outside (ashtrays are provided)- a fee will be charged for guests who have smoked inside the house.
Keep noise to a minimum
Take the rubbish out to the outdoor bins
Return all items moved during your stay to their original location
Ensure the house is locked and secured whenever you are away from the property
Place used towels in the laundry on departure
Turn off lights, air conditioner and heaters when away from the property or checking out
Any unauthorised early check-ins or late checkouts will result in a fee of $10 per 15 min. If your unauthorised late checkout impacts our cleaners or upcoming guests, you will be charged an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred to make you leave. For more information on this policy, please refer to section 8.2.2 of Airbnb’s Terms of Service.
