“It was good experience in toto. Rooms r in good condition. Only sad part was pool size and breakfast spread. Both were below average. But this hotel is excellent at this price point”

“Very nice small resort. We stayed in the old chalets and they were ok all though a bit worn particularly the bathroom. If you prefer the modern and new alternative book that. What particularly made our stay special was Mr Bishnu narayan padhee who took very good care of us in the restaurant. Always there to help and offering nothing but the best of service. Very good restaurant and a nice cool pool. Be aware that you cannot use any kind of international credit or debit cards. Its informed on……

“Super bad experience - sewer tank was overflowing potty & urine everywhere smelling very bad, many bed bugs in the room couldn't sleep, blood stains in the bed and pillow, dirtiest mattress I have ever seen, and the toilet were full of stains. It's like a super shady lodge. I have attached a pic for reference. And when I asked the manager he was helpless to do anything and did nothing.”

“The property seemed to be still under construction. Equipment in Common Amenity Room like Carrom Board was of pure quality. Other table games were miniature, low-end versions. Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels. But other Room had a Smart TV with very limited options and no channels. Restaurant charges are too high. Breakfast was ok. Rooms are……

Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience”

“Very nice property, I would stay there again next time. The only challenge was getting there by Uber is tricky, the roads are bumpy and under construction. Use a car not auto-rickshaw.”
