Mattress firm to the extreme and not level. No on-site baggage storage. No on-site management (which meant management was not aware the smoke detectors were wired in and were being tested by a technician on on property rather than ringing due to batteries needing to be replaced).
Not a true b&b in that there were only boxed meals to go.

I am docking one star because I arrived early and was told I had to wait until my room was ready (which is fine) but after a couple of hours I heard the front desk checking someone else in and upgrading them to a room that was ready. They did not offer me the same curtesy.

Comfy vibes and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the AC in our room was not consistently working, the bathroom mirror was cracked, and the room was definitely tight.
