Room was clean and the linen was changed everyday but you could tell the hotel could use some upgrades. It wasn't a bad stay for just a short weekend trip but would not be something I stayed in longer than 2 nights.

Everything was good But the pillow was horrible ( my only compliant)

The Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach/Oceanfront room was clean but is in need of some updating. Some of the staff was courteous while others were inattentive. The free breakfast, free parking, beach access and tiki bar were ideal. The little bonus was the 24/7 free coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar; an unexpected, pleasant touch! Overall, I’d rate the experience a bit above average.

The rooms are first rate. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is a nice treat. The absolute best part of the stay is the Jura coffee machine in the lobby. Thanks.

Leticia at the front desk was fantastic! I had a health related attack on the way back from Atlanta and we decided to stay at the Ritz so I could rest. We stayed at this Ritz on our honeymoon over 30 years ago, had my 50th birthday party at Salt with guests for a weekend, stayed there for our 30th wedding anniversary and had dinner at Salt also (I highly recommend Salt), stayed many holidays with our children and friends, car shows, and it is still such a wonderful resort. You cannot go wrong staying at this beautiful resort. We have loved it for over 30 years and hope to keep going there for many more years to come. All of the staff is great, but a special shout out to Leticia. Thank you for helping us.
