“Clean, relaxing place to stay with reasonable access to brimstone trails”

“My wife and our 3 grand kids stayed here for our trip to Kentucky and Tennessee. What an absolute gem, the hosts couldn't be any better!! Easy check in, answered our questions and were extremely prompt!! The rental was more than we could have hoped for as well the hosts. My wife and I are hoping to go back for a full week (if not two) and just enjoy what there is to offer there. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality and hope to be back in the future!!”

“Location is good with easy access to trails 26 and 27. This place is bare bones. Pretty much pack for camping and expect a roof, beds, a mini fridge and running water. Outside grill is small and ours was layered with bacteria from sitting all winter with food in it. I sent a picture and got a response back of “we are sorry.” That’s fine, but we brought stuff to grill and had to change plans due to this. Overall it was a good stay and the location next to the river is really nice.”

“The cabin is the best one we have ever rented. It is exactly as captured by the pictures from the listing. Spacious and renovated, cozy and conveniently located right next to the lake. Also equipped with pretty much everything a guest might need, including a baby crib and children's toys as well as a table tennis and darts for the adults. The laundry room was by far the largest one we've ever encountered. What we would recommend is more silverware and coffee mugs for large groups like ours....

“The property is beautiful..sun rise, sun set & the stars...just gorgeous! This Quiet tranquil spot with rolling hills & private pond was off the beaten path, but close enough that we made a day trip to crossville to eat & shop. The dogs loved the freedom to run the property as well♡”

“I wouldn’t pay the just over $500 for the weekend here that we paid. The “cabin” is good enough, but is in a neighborhood with mobile homes. Not really a VRBO type of listing that we are used to. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, but the property was clean and easy to access. The on-site manager was responsive when asked about the Wi-Fi, but stated that the Wi-Fi has never worked very well. The cabin is really a small mobile home-type of structure. I don’t highly recommend it, but it is good enough.”

“This is a great house to rent. With an older teen, it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And while we didn't plan on cooking, we ended up making dinner there one night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Because we were out most of the day, we didn't get to see the horses. Hopefully we can spend some daylight hours there next time.”
