"I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs.
The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand.

"We booked the family room which is very spacious and has everything one might need. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. The surroundings are peaceful. Easy walking distance to the old city and the different markets. "

"This hotel was a very nice find: charming, good location, clean and modern. The best features were the outstanding staff and superb breakfast. I was extremely satisfied."

"I had a really pleasant stay at S48 Hotel Chiang Mai! The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a day out exploring although transport is reccomended as the sereness yet closeness to the city centre still need a bit to travel although close.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and smooth with staff who could not enough to help. I also appreciated the little touches that made the room feel cozy yet...

"From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceded every expectation. It was the perfect base for exploring the city's temples, markets, and cafés-everything was just a stroll or short ride away. The staff was genuinely warm, accommodating, and attentive. Even with our private plunge pool, the main pool was equally spectacular-sparkling clean, serene, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, drink specials impressed, and I especially adored the tea service by the pool. So peaceful and an...

"Other than being located outside the city center ( 1-2 min drive by scooter or tuk tuk ), Chiang phueak is the next best spot IMO. Safe, shopping, quiet, and clean. Still in the walking streets and markets which line the whole city. This hotel feels upscale, is extremely clean, well run, very affordable, and has beautiful day/night views of the golden shrine of Doi Sethup right off every balcony. Private, gated and manned under building parking with elevator. One of the best."

"Had one soap sharing for shower and basin, many times i had to walk out the shower to retrieve soap. Very stringent and basic setup. No safe in my room as for my friend one but didnt work. Cheap tissue used not sure if its to save cost or in case guest forget and flush it. I also blame booking for not allowing me to modify my booking , ended up booking 2 sets of dates and lost out on bfkast for one morning. They wouldnt accommodate. Nevermind basic bkfast choices."

"Updated property with rooftop pool. Our breakfast was included ... fresh omelets daily along with a variety of other foods ... rooftop pool with a beautiful view ... rooftop bar and restaurant which we did not use ... only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is due to location ... restaurants and shops are quite a distance. However some are walkable."

"The room and the hotel is extremely clean!
The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear when someone arrives to their room even in the middle of the night, so light sleepers/jet lagged people be aware!
Also, they don’t have a microwave so if you are hoping to warm up your takeout after a long day, you will have to eat it cold. You are welcome."
" The room was huge and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They spoke great English and everyone offered advice and suggestions when asked. I normally stay in the old quarter but fancied a change. I am really impressed with this hotel. I would recommend this to friends and family. "
