Nicely equipped with cookware, dishes, linens, queen size beds, RoKU TV, window mount air conditioner, lawn and snow removal. Near restaurants, grocery store and Gas Convenient Store. Not far from Granite Peak Ski area. This is all on one level, just two steps to enter the apartment.

My friend and I spent two nights at this property in Wausau, and while it was not fancy, it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, as was the seating in the living room. The neighborhood was pleasant and felt safe. When I needed some information, the host responded fairly quickly.

I was looking for an alternative to a motel room where I'd have the privacy I was seeking as well as access to a kitchen. I very much enjoyed my stay. Once I came to terms with the fact that I couldn't easily walk anywhere to replenish supplies, I was content to just stay put and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The only good thing about this place is location. Here is the list needs complete update. * Thermostat for the Heat system located in next door unit but what they don't understand ,if thermostat is in locked unit the other place does get cold . At night it got colder since thermostat was on schedule. * Couldn't use blanket due to cat and dog hair. * The carpet ,sofa,kitchen and utensils were full of pet hairs all over. * Windows were leaking cold air . * Bathroom door lock doesn't work. If you lock it by mistake you cant open it. Got stuck a few times. I will look other options if I decide to stay in the area.
