West Garden Grove Vacations from $427

The rooms are filthy. The tub was disgusting. The blinds were all broken. I would never recommend this place. For $300 a night we expect basic cleanliness at the very least.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

10/10 best shower too

There was no elevator making it difficult with heavy bags. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay

Pros: - Excellent location right in Beverly Hills, about 5-minute walking distance from Beverly Dr and Rodeo Dr. - Affordable room rate, considering the location in Beverly Hills - Spacious room - Renovated bathroom, with Japanese-style toilet (water jet, etc.) - Very comfortable bed - Front desk staff member Monica is outstanding; very customer-focused and helpful (unlike some of her colleagues) Cons: - Hotel is dark and uninviting, needs a complete makeover - No restaurant in hotel - Paint inside room is dated and needs a good refresh - Flooring in hallways is being renovated, causing noise - Despite having been renovated, the bathroom is quite dark and the room in general is not inviting - Mini-fridge in my room was very noisy at night and prevented me from sleeping until I unplugged it. All in all, good value if you want to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills, but if you’re looking for feeling cozy in your room and having a restful night, this might not be for you.
