I don’t like to give bad reviews because the place was GREAT.
However….. There was no one around to check in. Which would be fine if there was a way to communicate. No messaging system, or email with instructions. (Stayed at contactless places before with great results) Called phone numbers listed on 2 different sites with no answer.
Found someone working on the grounds, one of which spoke no english, be we were finally able to get the room key that way.
Could use an ice machine, a way to contact any staff, and maybe instructions to some of the cool features.
