I love the villas but this time the fireplaces did not work, there was no toilet paper in 1 bath room and they did not give any extra. There were people doing firework at night right next to us and it was super loud and people were grilling right on the step in front their front door next to our room and I read those things were strictly prohibited

Nice views.. but food at restaurant left a lot to be desired. Also staff presentation was terrible. They need uniforms and a dress code. Booty shorts, wrinkled clothing... its all a part of the experience and everyone looked like they got up out of bed and came to work. Take pride. Its managements fault ..
