This was a great little hotel. Comfy beds, good hot shower, nice staff and a complimentary breakfast cooked to order. If we're ever coming through Winnipeg again we will be back!

This place was my home off and on for five months when my mom was battling cancer. The staff made it feel like home, they treat you so good! My last stay was Sunday the 27th of April. The day I lost my mom. I liked it because it was near a shopping area, you could walk safely, and it was near by food also, it was also close to what’s called the Perimeter Highway, a road the circles the city and can get you anywhere fairly quick! Thanks to everyone there.

My room size was good. The breakfast was starting at 7:00, it is not a bad idea to start it at 6:30 as some gust workers need to start early at work. There was not air exhaust from the washroom and humid air was stagnating in there after the shower or using the washroom. The exhaust air in the hallway was poor too. Their debit machine at the check in desk was not working properly sometimes.

I would genuinely not stay here if my life depended on it. The woman at the front desk was great and helpful, the room (in an out building, not in the main hotel) smelt violently of heavy smoke and perfume, was left dirty and did not feel safe. We were in a room that was not attached to the main building and felt like there would have been limited security and safety. Doors had scuff marks as if they’d been kicked in and I did not see security cameras.

I liked the ability to just wak into my room as i had a knee replacement and stayed here for the night. Seems quiet and clean.

Very noisy room, we were in a street side room. Traffic all night, was like it was coming through the room, good thing for being on 2nd floor. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, will never come back here...

I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean and quiet. I truly appreciate that accommodations come with breakfast, which is so helpful when you have a busy schedule. Breakfast tastes great with 3/4 choices to choose from. Several different dining options: done in, room service or lobby. It's conveniently located near a Walmart, Sobeys, strip mall (unicity). Bus stop is right outside front doors Customer service was great! Very friendly and approachable. The only concern that I would advise is that there are only 2 levels and no elevators, only stairs. However, I did have help with my luggage. Keep in mind this is an Express Hotel so it doesn't come will all the bells and whistles that other hotels will have. However, I highly recommend.

The room had minor cleanliness issues (floor’s weren’t swept, recycling hadn’t been emptied), we were short a towel, had trouble at check-in, neighbouring rooms were fairly loud most of the night, but privacy is great, breakfast was good, really like the bar.
