This comfortable accommodation is tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences.
The inviting living area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a cozy corner sofa and dining table where you can relax together. From here, you overlook the fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker, and kettle—perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a warm drink. The living space also includes a TV, easily viewable from the dining and seating areas.
After a day on the slopes or exploring the mountains, retreat to one of the two bedrooms.
Master bedroom: A spacious double bed (180x200 cm) with two separate single mattresses ensures excellent sleeping comfort. The room also includes bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom, accessible via a sliding door, offers a shower, sink, and toilet.
Second bedroom: Furnished with another double bed (180x200 cm) made up of two single mattresses (90x200 cm), this room also provides a cozy sitting corner with two chairs and its sink with a mirror.
For convenience, the apartment includes a separate guest toilet with a sink.
Step outside to the small 6 m² terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink at the outdoor table with chairs while taking in the fresh alpine air.
Families traveling with young children will appreciate the available baby cot (60x120 cm) and high chair. One parking space is included with the accommodation.

§2. Participants
The rental property may not be occupied by more people than stated in the catalog or rental agreement. Children older than two years are considered a person. Pets may only be brought along if this is stated in the rental agreement.
§3. Cleaning / Responsibility
The tenant is contractually obliged to keep the rental property clean during the rental period and to hand it over in a tidy and swept condition at the end of the rental period. This also includes:
· disposing of rubbish;
· stripping the beds and placing them in a pillowcase in the hallway;
· putting the kitchen and / or towels in the hallway;
· cleaning up the dishes and tidying up the dishes;
· emptying the refrigerator, setting it to 0 and leaving the door open (except in July and August);
· setting the heating to number 1 or 15 ° C;
· closing windows and doors;
If, at the agent's discretion, this has not been done, VSW will have this done subsequently at the tenant's expense.
The tenant is responsible for the rental property and all of its inventory during the rental period. If damage occurs, the tenant is obliged to inform VSW immediately. Damage that is not reported before departure or that occurs during the rental period will be repaired as quickly as possible at the tenant's expense. VSW has not taken out any insurance that provides cover for the tenant or their belongings during the rental period.
