The communication with the dedicated person(s) was not smooth. It started with more than 1 hour wait in front of the house. Only at 17:30 we were able to get in. After a long trip is not pretty. Then they made a mistake in the delivering of the linen (1 too much) despite our clear instructions. So we had paid too much (17 euro extra) and just one hour later we contacted the "manager" again (Claude) to inform him about the mistake. He told us that he'll forward this issue to the resposible of the linen... 3 times during the week but no way to have an answer. During the second day we had only cold water. We contacted AGAIN but no answer after 6PM (it was 6:15PM). The day after, after several tentatives we could reach him. Around midday we arranged to have water again (we solved alone the issue). At the end of the week we left a note together with the not used linen with indicated also our IBAN for the 17 euro. Of course we didn't received any news/money back. We contacted the agency telling this issue and again: "we're going to contact the local manager". After 2 weeks, always silence.
