Fabulous position but needs a bit of maintenance which I believe Ray White is attending. Ray White were very helpful managing agents and I would book with them again.

Best view ever. Feel like you a sleeping above the ocean

This is an amazing home with super comfy beds. It's huge. We felt too big for the 3 of us but an amazing experience. And overall a great home to rent a walk away from ocean pool and beaches. What would I change: 1. Make sure garbage bins are empty. Phew! Made garage extremely stinky. Also make sure dishes are clean. 2. Check in process also requires a docusign with deposit. We've Been renting Stayz homes for 6 weeks and this was only place that required. They also required a bank wire which we paid in full as it was close to date but they sent emails every day of our stay asking for second half of payment. Booking ahead of time would solve. 3. Microwave needs repair. 4. All chairs I side are plastic with a glass table. Very uncomfortable. We ended up playing card game on floor. 5. Explain steep driveway and stairs down to mail living area in description. Some people would be intimidated or physically challenged.

Amazing property needs some care

Overall it's a lovely place to stay. There is a king size in the master with an en suite but see thru blinds make it inappropriately public to the neighbouring building... Had to hang a sheet Up to prevent people seeing toilet and shower. Power shorted thanks to rain getting into a plug. Water leaked out of ceiling in master. Fixed quickly thanks to good agent communication. Down the hallway is a queen and next door is the bathroom. Door slams when you use it... It needs sanding to stop it sticking and slamming when you use it. Down stairs is the other two rooms. One has 2.singles and is quite small but private,. And the other has a king. The bathroom is separate. Bins are rusted and old in bathroom which is kinda gross. And toilet seat is a cheap replacement so it doesn't stay up when a bloke piddles. Also doesn't fit the rim The shower water does not go hot in the master... This obviously runs off a different hot water system to every other tap because the water is fine is all the rest including the kitchen so our friends had to shower in our bathroom down stairs. Lovely big kitchen. Tired lounges. But overall quite a generous space. Good provisions like a toaster and nespresso coffee pod machine. Good knives and cutlery just no table cloth and the glass table needs it really. Outdoors is good. And BBQ needed a clean which we gave it,. This made the gas work properly... Coverlets on beds not cleaned so don't use these... As usual these are bit skanky and not cared f
