"An sich war das Hotel bzw. das Zimmer sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch perfekt. Allerdings ist das Hotel und insbesondere das Personal die reinste Katastrophe. Wir hatten bereits im Juni ein 3 Einzelbettzimmer gebucht. Dort angekommen bekamen wir ein winziges 2 Hochbettzimmer (Klassenfahrt-Feeling) was bei drei erwachsenen Frauen einfach nicht funktioniert. Daraufhin wurde uns vom Personal, welches absolut inkompetent war, gesagt, dass ein Fehler vorliege und es keine freien Zimmer mehr...
