"El calificativo negativo es debido a un desagradable suceso. Esta mañana, al abandonar la habitación deje cargando en el enchufe de la mesilla de noche mis auriculares inalámbricos. Al ponerme en contacto con el hotel pir tres veces dicen que alli no estaban cuando sé con total seguridad que sí que estaban. Esto denota poco control sobre el personal de limpieza y es una pena porque el hotel es excelente. Lo siento muchísimo pero tenemos que dejar constancia de este desagradable incidente. "

"The rooms were a perfect configuration. I love the glass walls in the bathrooms. Our friends and us met for breakfast every morning. The room was too warm though. Lowering the thermostat had no effect. We tried to keep the window open, and bars across the street were noisy until they closed."

"Absolutely beautiful mountain views with a truly authentic Austrian feel! We arrived in late September and woke up to the cow bells, green fields, foliage, apple trees, and snow capped mountains! The home was very spacious with 5 bedrooms and a fun game room for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked. A few things to be noted: the owner speaks only German so we were unable to communicate directly with him, only through his daughter who spoke some English. Towels and washcloths are an extra fee, 5 euro a set. There is no washing and dryer, so be prepared to do your laundry at a local camping ground or not at all. The drive up to the house is a bit scary if you aren't used to mountain driving, one lane roads with no guardrails in some places. The WIFI was very spotty and we ended up using a hotspot. Overall, it was an amazing experience but there was a little bit of a learning curve for us as Americans! "
