"The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche."

"Locazione spaziosa ma molto datata con scarsa manutenzione e funzionalità , posizionata in un villaggio con altri servizi, piscina in particolare, male gestita e poco curata. Positivo il prezzo e la vicinanza al mare, con spiagge attrezzate ma alquanto affollate. Il territorio offre molte opportunità, dalla cultura alla ristorazione con gestori e personale molto professionale."

"Villa in magnifica posizione con ampi e molto piacevoli spazi esterni, anche se un poco trascurati. Attrezzatura casa funzionale, mobilio molto datato. Spiagge e borghi facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Strada d’accesso alla propietà non asfaltata e molto segnata dalla pioggia. L’’House Manager Carlo molto efficiente, cordiale e disponibile."

"Es war alles wunderbar. So ein schönes Haus mit riesigem Grundstück und tollem Pool.Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt!Viele schöne Dinge in der Nähe gab es zu sehen und die Adria mit Strand richtig klasse. Die Italiener, besonders in den Restaurants waren sehr freundlich und kinderlieb."

"Vi boede på 1 sal i en stor lejlighed i 2 etager. Brugte ikke andet på 2. sal, end vaskemaskinen. Vejfungerende badeværelse(er), godt soveværelse god og stor seng, godt klimaanlæg, myggenet for vinduerne, i køkken/stue, savnene vi noget at sidde lidt mere behageligt i, men der var et dejligt stort bord, 6 stole og en sovesofa.Daniel var aldrig mere end en SMS væk og svarede altid hurtigt. Vi havde kun kontakt ved ind/ud-checkning.Check-in foregår nemmest over nettet. Her kommer eneste anke. Man...
