Situated amidst tranquillity within a landscaped garden, the villa boasts breathtaking vistas of the sea, Genoese towers, and a Natura 2000 protected area in front of the Pinarello beaches. On the other side, it offers splendid mountain views. Accessible via a short 20-minute walk through a scenic path, the Pinarello beach adds a touch of leisurely charm to your stay.



This contemporary residence features a fusion of designer furniture and vintage styles, curated meticulously by the owner, an interior designer. Solid oak and steel tables, Arabescato marble coffee tables, Carrara marble side tables, and Zimbabwean black stone consoles are some of the exquisite pieces adorning this space. The villa is adorned with Ploum sofas by E and R Bouroullec, Opinion Ciatti chairs, Eames chairs, Paulin, washed linen curtains, and linen bedspreads.



Spanning across two levels, the villa's ground floor hosts four bedrooms, each with expansive bay windows leading to terraces. The upper level features a master bedroom with a spectacular sea view and an ensuite shower room. The first floor living room commands awe-inspiring vistas from its large terrace. The well-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, adjoins a summer kitchen designed for al fresco dining experiences.



Outside, a private heated pool (14 m x 4 m) is complemented by a wading area for young children. The beautifully landscaped garden, along with multiple sun loungers and garden furniture, provides idyllic spaces for unwinding.



The villa is located only few steps away from the seaside village of Pinarello and its beautiful beaches, classified as one of the 20 best beaches in the world. The villa is surrounded by nature, very quiet and peaceful setting, about ten minutes’ drive from Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio and its shops. In the small port of Pinarello there are various restaurants and a bakery.
