Interior is outdated and the rooms for sure lack maintenance! For the amount paid for just a couple of day, expectations are definitely not met! We did not have a bad stay but it could've been far better if the rooms were upgraded in a sense that you are in a proper hotel! The bathrooms must for sure be redesigned and upgraded! They were very small and not layout did not make sense..

Unfortunately, the fitness facility was out of commission which was important to me. The staff was adequate but not exceptional... just not very warm or overly helpful, but that may just be the German culture. Great location... beautiful market across the street, shopping, sightseeing, and food all very walkable. No A/C.

"Room was clean and comfortable and with air con. No safe, wardrobe, tea/coffee/water. Breakfast was ok with a limited hot choice and a cold continental buffet. Close enough to walk to town (30-40 mins) and trams close by if preferred. Overall decent value for money."
