Free breakfast, what wasn't to like?

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

My son and I enjoyed our trip very much! What a beautiful and private space.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the staff — everyone was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their service and attitude were definitely the highlight of my experience. However, I was disappointed with the room maintenance. The toilet was not functioning properly, and the phone in the room didn’t work, which made it difficult to contact the front desk. These issues took away from what could have been a perfect stay. Overall, the staff made a great impression, but the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and ensure that all facilities are in proper working order. With a few fixes, this place could easily become an excellent choice

A major reason I choose this hotel was for spa treatments and walk ability to neighborhood cafes. Their spa is only open on weekends. I arrived on Sunday evening and was told it was open on Monday. It was not. The resort fee $50 WAS NOT EXPECTED especially given they didn’t have an actual spa to offer. Very nice hotel, great for conferences and business meetings. Great views of SF bay. Not for the solo traveller who wants to explore the area by foot.

Decent. Rip you off on parking. Rooms are big.

The staff were phenomenal! The hotel was spotless. The rooms were beautiful. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

No staff on site, check in and out through a video kiosk which was strange but it worked.
