The hotel was located near the old City which is where we were focusing our stay. Everything was in walking distance and the staff were anxious to make the stay as welcoming as they could. We had lots of questions about sites and restaurant options and they were very helpful!

we stayed here for a few days before our cruise leaving out if ravenna. this was our first time in italy and this hotel and its location is exactly how i pictured italy. it’s a boutique hotel, on a cobblestone street. the rooms are a decent size and the staff was very helpful from the time that i booked (answering email questions for me, booking & confirming our transfer to the cruise ahead of arrival). the location is great. there’s plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. i would recommend and would stay here again.

"Beautiful hotel directly across from the train station but also walking distance of all the tourist attractions. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We arrived on a morning train, our luggage was tagged and taken to our room for us. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Had an enjoyable stay at the Living Place Hotel. Used it as a base to travel around. Hotel was nice and airy, breakfast good, pool was welcome as the temperatures got higher. Restaurant was also very good. Room was average and air con didn’t seem to cool it a great deal resulting in warm nights. ..."
