Bennett Valley Pet-friendly Vacations

We booked this hotel 30 minutes prior to staying there for 3 nights due to an issue with our original hotel booked. They were super accommodating from the get go and when we had an issue with a noisy neighbour they moved our rooms and upgraded up, sending a bell bot to collect our luggage so we could still head out for the day. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, the breakfast was amazing (although busy, but this was handled well) the beds are very comfy and the rooms are spotless. Parking was expensive but it’s the same across the city and it was easy to get in and out of the underground car park and I felt my car was safe being left there.

Older hotel that had history and color. It was great stay, everything was neat and people working there were super clean

Very nice place to stay and very friendly staff, Location is amazing close to anything you really want Only drawbacks are it can get very loud at nights especially when the garbage trucks collecting garbage around 4am. Also there is no gym in hotel and no other option for workout during your stay. Maybe they can partner with some of the gyms nearby.

The shower head was old and didn’t drip well. They had an unaccounted for hair dryer because we had none during our stay. I received an email from their staff accusing me of it being missing. Once I called them, then they were apologetic. That doesn’t change the fact that it was ridiculous to try to accuse me Menu food options are very limited in the inside and outside restaurants. Regular staff was very nice. My server was a very nice lady. Bagpipe player was amazing Views from my room were amazing

Staff is so polite and very helpful. The beds were firm-great for anyone who has a challenged back. Elevator is vintage and really neat but, not made for modern luggage and wheelchairs. Super clean-I always check! Lovely, convenient stay.

Value for money clean albeit dated hotel very close to the restaurant. Staff very friendly, Bayside view rooms expansive with lovely outlook. Buffet breakfast in the room rate a bonus. Recommended. Only down side is the buffet breakfast does not cater for people with gluten free issues
