An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. Muy buen hotel, situado en calle peatonal muy turística, y con acceso por carretera a 100metros. Nos quedamos en una habitación con terraza, y super bien, tranquilo y limpio. Además te hacen la limpieza de ropa gratis, todo un lujo hoy en día.

Beijing was our first leg of a China trip so we were still completely uncomfortable with the language barrier. The staff (especially Mark in concierge) spoke English well so that we could ask for assistance and advice. Staff throughout the stay are extremely nice... always smiling. There is so much included in this hotel above and beyond the gorgeous decor and clean rooms. You could go the whole stay without paying for a meal (please tip the amazing staff though) because there is free breakfast...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 5 am, long before check-in time. They went out of their way to get a room ready for me as fast as possible, and offered me free breakfast while I was waiting.

The breakfast was outstanding--an abundant variety of western and Chinese dishes that we looked forward to every day (especially the plentiful espresso, latte, and cappuccino). Laundry machine access was such a nice touch! The king room was just enough space for two people, but it was very clean and comfortable. We had all the space we needed (not more). We loved being in the downtown area in the midst of the historic cultural center and Lishi Hutong area. There was simply so much to see...

Great experience for Beijing ! A quaint boutique hotel located in one of the Beijing Hutongs, it offered us a unique local flavored experience. The facilities are traditional Chinese, with wooden floors and rustic themed rooms. However, rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. They also have cute little balconies from where you can drink tea while transporting yourself back in time. The staff was the best part. Very nice, always available and catering to our every need. Upon arriving my wife explained that we had a taxi that refused to use the meter and charged almost 4 times the usual fare. Having taken a picture of the side and license plate of the cab the concierge immediately called the cab company and the authorities on our behalf. After extensive discussion the entire fare was refunded later that day. Enquiries at the concierge desk were always handled with professionalism and friendliness not always found from concierges. Absolutely amazing place.... really... top of the line. Everything was spot on ... and the staff so friendly and professional... the location... gym, restaurants, bar, all amenities including breakfast... and the direct entrance to the mall next door... complete outstanding!!!

Rosewood Beijing once again proved itself as my current best hotel option in the City. Having stayed at around 30 hotels in Beijing, this is the winner.
