This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Not this one: absolutely everything was perfect, top to bottom, from the lobby to the bed to the discreet laundry machine in our room to the breakfast buffet. Not a dusty corner in sight. Breakfast was amazing, btw. We...

It's worthwhile to take a taxi from train station to this hotel with amazing room and super sized king bed. It's the most impressive room I ever had in Japan.

The hotel rooms might be a little small, but the convenience and the friendliness of the staffs balanced it out. I’m happy of how they went above and beyond to helping whenever you ask for something. Regardless if they have it or not, they will try to find a way to get a solution. Will definitely come back again.

Vessel was one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in this price class. Everything was so clean and well organized and staff were all exceedingly welcoming and helpful. I will certainly stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel, I’m glad we booked here for at least a great break in our trip. The hotel has a great view, the ambiance is relaxing and the room is excellent. Shopping was easy to get to via walking or train. Breakfast is a must, pleasant, comfortable, great food and drink, not a rush mad house. I would love to return to Nagoya and this hotel.
