Maybe we came at an inconvenient time. The hot water didn't work well -- it took at least 10 minutes of running water to get the water warm enough for shower. Eventually we got it, but a good amount of water was wasted.

This property was so nasty!!! Windows didn’t lock or the hotel room door!!! Mold , and bugs !!! Unmade stained beds and sheets !!! I wish I was able to share the photos..

Besides the decor being very outdated, the hair dryer was broken, the refrigerator froze my food and soda, the one and only blanket was paper thin, there was limited functioning TV channels, and the heat was inconsistent. Would never stay there again and would think twice before ever booking a Days Inn in the future.

This property is very unclean and poorly managed. The first room I was checked into had not been cleaned, there were towels on the floor, the bed was unmade etc. The second room smelled heavy of cigarette smoke and the bed and bathtub had stains. I checked out after staying in the room for twenty minutes. I do not recommend.

Warn me next time!
It was obvious that the hotel was going through a remodel. However, we were not prepared for that when we rented the room. Construction workers started very early and the room was half painted. I’m sure it will be nice once everything is completed. Just wish they would’ve prepared us for it before we paid what we did for the suite.

I understand you were going through renovations, but tearing up the entire outside of the hotel was unnecessary and ugly. You should have done this in sections. Also, $250 a night was extremely expensive for what was provided. I had outside noise coming into my room very early in the morning and late at night. I would not come back to this property

The whole place is not fit for visitors. The room’s carpet did not have one area where there wasn’t a stain. It also was not vacuumed at all. The bathroom is filled with mold and mildew that I felt dirtier coming out of the shower than when I went in. Not only was there mold in EVERY corner of the bathroom, here was a piece of tile missing therefore The grout was crumbling and creating a pile of dirt on the bathroom floor. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down. There are renovations happening to the outside of the building and until the inside is renovated, no one should be allowed to stay. I’m surprised they pass inspection.

The Days Inn in Champaign needs refreshing. The room carpet was frayed, furniture had broken off pieces, towels were very thin and sheets were so thin virtually transparent. Exterior needed painting. On the positive the staff were pleasant. I was charged and taxed for safe that didn’t work and I did report it right away. Lastly, the room rate was outrageous for the low quality of the room. The first night was one price the next two were 3 times higher. I would not have minded so much if the room was of some quality. I expected better of a property with the Wyndham name attached to it. Very disappointed with the poor quality of the place.

The property is extremely dirty, things are broken and missing such as toilet paper holders, shower curtain, tv remote. The towels when you use leaves a fuzz behind. The floors are sticky and slippery in the bathroom, the walls have holes and are unfinished with paint. There are cracks in the foundation every where. We paid over $300 a night. We were not expecting anything great but not this! This owner should be shutdown! This is just atrocious or fix everything to an acceptable quality!!
