The staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is kept very clean and the beds large annd comfortable, the free coffee and soft drinks in reception and in the room fridges are an added bonus. The breakfast served on the terrace is very fresh and good quality. The pool area is at best a plunge pool with uncomfortable deck chairs, nobody used it during our 7 day stay. The geographical proximity to the historical sites also makes it a good choice, with Triana just over the bridge. If I had to add a criticism it would be although the hotel is on the bank of the river, there is a 6/7 lane main road between the hotel and the river, with traffic 24/7\. It makes it impossible to open the bedroom windows because the traffic noise is unbearable, even when the windows are shut. The hotel informed us they are upgrading the window soundproofing. There are also 2 clubs in close proximity which add to the noise nuisance until 2.00am every day.
