"Pretty good. That place is a bit of a maze though ! Just getting to the laundry room feels like an escape game, but once you figure it out it's fine. A map in the app would be great !"

Love the place
"What a fun hotel. Eclectic with all kinds of unexpected decor. Restuarant is super as is pastry bar. Its a little hidden away but what an oasis. 10 min walk from station and central florence. Light switches were goofy to figure out at first. If your with kids this would be a blast."
