Fantastic! The staff was very helpfull, the rooms were impeacable (and warm) and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Better than an hotel in our opinion. Congrats! The only drawback as lack of EV charger... but they said it was coming..

Florence is a beautiful city, but I actually prefer the small towns instead. BEWARE DO NOT DRIVE INTO THE CITY! You will be fined for driving into certain areas in Florence and all around Italy at certain times, do your research before.
