During arrival at SCL, Latam staff held my baggage with out giving me the information. I waited for a staff member to help me for 1 hour. Not only was my flight delayed, I missed my connection flight and had to wait for my luggage for more than an hour. I finally arrived at the hotel at 2:33AM. This was unacceptable. In addition, during arrival at JFK, it took 40 minutes for us passengers to begin receiving our baggage.
