The temperature in Comfort Plus was freezing. Our feet were freezing cold. Back of the plane was warm. One bathroom was not flushing. Otherwise the pilots did an AMAZING JOB navigating our flight through huge storm clouds with minimal turbulence. Ultimately our safety is priority.

Airplane is really old. No power outlet either :(

Upgraded seats (wife and I) so, an additional $198.00. I had aisle seat, she had middle seat. Sadly, an extremely large overweight man had the window seat! My wife’s comfort (not blaming the overweight man, who too, must have been uncomfortable) was totally unattainable! So.... we paid just short of $200. Extra and had no extra room! Any assistance/ reimbursement provided by Alaska Air, as we like the airline, would be greatly appreciated!

I was happy to see an energetic, enthusiastic pilot on his way to the plane; it was comforting.

Keep in mind a smiling face from flight attendants is most important thing.

KOREY, KECIA AND ANA WERE VERY NICE - ONE OF THEM WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME WITH A SANDWICH BECAUSE I HAD NOT HAD FOOD THE WHOLE DAY BEFORE THE FLIGHT AND I BOARDED THE FLIGHT WITH THE ASSUMPTION THEY WERE GOING TO SELL FOOD IN-FLIGHT. WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE.
