The hotel is conveniently located near Dam Square. It is within walking distance to central station or hotel guests can take a tram for 2 stops before reaching it. The staff are friendly and helpful. When we first checked in, we were given a choice of either a room at street level facing the busy main road or a more quiet one at the side. We chose the latter but soon found out that the drainage in the bathroom was poor. Every time after shower, the whole tiled floor in the bathroom was flooded as water passed very slowly. The bedroom itself was spacious enough but, like most hotel rooms, was not brightly lit. The buffet breakfast offered a sufficient variety of food but no fresh fruit, only tinned ones. Stephen Yan

員工很友善 房間又大又乾淨 有電梯 對飯店走廊的隔音好 但窗戶的隔音稍差半夜聽到窗戶樓下路人講話聲音 稍微欠佳的是入住的時候 櫃檯沒有人 只留了一張幾分鐘後回來的牌子 本來以為等一下就好但等了很久都沒人回來 如果這樣應該ㄧ開始就要請客人打電話給櫃檯人員 以及房間的門是用類似木框配紙片窗，木框品質不佳一直掉下來 且釘子都外露 有安全疑慮 不過整體來說還是不錯的住宿

Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well.

The hotel staff provided excellent service.

The staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is a bit spotty. I would expect a small bottle of milk for my tea and Nespresso coffee, not some cheap creamer powder. And that was not replaced consistently. I had to leave note. And the hotel itself is not designed or updated to be handicapped friendly or accessible. Which in this day and age, and at this price point, is just not right. Still, and apart from the above notes, it is a nice hotel in a convenient location.

We stayed at The Noblemen from Thursday, 23 July, to Sunday, 26 July, in the Louys and Hendrick Trip Signature Room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable, although we found the pillows too large and firm for our preference. As our room faced the canal, there was also quite a lot of outside noise, and the soundproofing could have been better. We ended up buying earplugs to ensure a good night’s sleep. We follow a plant-based and gluten-free diet, so the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. The portions also felt a little small for two people. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and service-minded, and they did their best to accommodate our dietary requirements. Before our arrival, I mentioned that my husband would be celebrating his 60th birthday during our stay and asked whether they might be able to make the breakfast that morning a little special. I received a very kind reply saying they would see what they could arrange. Unfortunately, nothing special was provided, which was a little disappointing. A highlight of our stay was the private spa in the basement. When booked, you have the entire spa area to yourself, which made the experience feel peaceful and exclusive. We enjoyed the sauna, Turkish hammam, multi-jet shower & bathtub. It was a relaxing experience that we recommend. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique atmosphere of the hotel.
