I don’t recommend this place to anyone Bad service Aggressive staff No smiles Party place Food not the best Pass on this one … the reception employee night shifts will not even get up to help Or will call the cops if his not in control I would not go there so many nicer places in Miami Beach

The property is great. The location is perfect. The room was outstanding. Checkin is an absolute nightmare!!! Took us an hour from arrival to get our room. It's all done online, nobody to greet you. I saw one person in 4 days on the property. Requested fresh towels sent a text message had to send it again 8 hours later. Finally, got our towels.

Very disappointing experience, particularly for a property that markets itself as a resort. One evening, we went to the pool around 7:15 p.m., and an employee immediately tried to turn us away, claiming the pool was closed. After we questioned the closing time, the employee reluctantly provided us with towels. The interaction was unwelcoming and left us feeling as though we were inconveniencing staff simply by trying to use an amenity we had paid for. Unfortunately, things got worse. We ultimately had to check out a full day early because the pool had a leak and was no longer accessible. Since the pool was a major reason we chose to stay at the resort, this significantly impacted our stay. The resort fee was refunded, which we appreciated. However, after checking out early, we discovered that we were incorrectly charged for an additional night of parking, even though our checkout documentation clearly confirms the date we left the property. We contacted the accounting department requesting reimbursement and provided documentation, but have yet to receive a response. Mistakes can happen, and we were understanding about the unexpected pool issue. What is much more disappointing is the combination of the poor customer service at the pool, an incorrect charge after our early departure, and the lack of follow-up to resolve something that should be very straightforward. For a resort-level property, we expected much better service, and attention to the guest experience

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was very clean and quiet. The WiFi was fast. I will stay here again!

When checking in the front desk informed me that I had $42 to spend in room order including patronage at the restaurant on site. They did not mention that the spend doesn’t include or cannot apply to gratuity. I spent $40 on the entire bill at the restaurant and the hotel only took off the portion without the gratuity. The toilet was not flushing well and toward the end of my stay the water never stopped running so I had to call the front desk at 10pm. The elevator was not working but the technician appeared to not communicate to hotel guests by just standing there. I had to carry 3 bags and took a few steps down to another elevator.

Things to know: it’s managed by nearby restaurant so it’s important that you check in during certain hours so they can greet you! Loved the location and property
